1. Saltha Upazila Health Complex of Faridpur District has 1000 sq ft (4-unit) MO Quarter, 600 sq ft (6-unit) Nurse Quarter, 5 storey 10 unit (on 5 storey basis) 2nd and 3rd class staff dormitory, retaining wall and box. Construction of culvert was completed on 13.06.2021 AD.

2. The APA for the financial year 2021-2022 has been prepared on 10.08.2021 AD.
